The 200 million Indian Creek estate at 7 Indian Creek Island Road just launched onto the market, instantly becoming Miami-Dade County’s most expensive listing. The nearly 28,000-square-foot home sits on the exclusive island known as the “Billionaire Bunker,” home to residents such as Jeff Bezos, Tom Brady and Carl Icahn.

Cosmetic surgeon Dr. Aaron Rollins and his wife, Marine Rollins, are the sellers. The couple hired famed designer Ferris Rafauli to create the estate’s modern waterfront compound.

Statewide, Florida’s all-time record remains higher: the DeGroote family’s Naples estate sold for $225 million.
