215,000 Square Foot addition to Aventura Mall begins construction

Esplanade at Aventura, a significant expansion planned to Aventura Mall, is going vertical as of this month.

The project will add 215,000 square feet of dining, retail, and entertainment space to the mall, along with a parking garage.
