72 Carlyle Miami Beach condos have officially launched, marking the latest luxury tower in the rapidly evolving North Beach (NoBe) district. Developed by Lefferts and designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni, the 20-story, 250-foot tower delivers 134 residences priced between $1.8 million and $10 million. With sales led by Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund, the project blends Italian sophistication with Miami’s signature lifestyle.

The homes at 72 Carlyle Miami Beach condos include floor-to-ceiling glass, 10-foot ceilings, and expansive terraces that capture stunning coastal views. Units range from one to three bedrooms, each offering smart home technology. Select residences feature summer kitchens, while all kitchens are equipped with custom Italian cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances. Bathrooms elevate daily living with imported stone finishes and soaking tubs.

Resort Amenities at The Carlyle Club

Lifestyle at 72 Carlyle centers around The Carlyle Club, a 45,000-square-foot amenity collection inspired by the Italian Riviera. Residents enjoy a resort-style pool with cabanas, an outdoor padel court, and a wine-focused Aperitivo lounge with chef’s table. Wellness amenities include a Technogym fitness center, yoga studio, and spa complete with plunge pools, sauna, and steam rooms.

Lefferts’ Growing Presence in North Beach

This tower is Lefferts’ third major project in NoBe. Nearby developments include the recently completed 72 Park and the ongoing Palma Miami Beach Residences. In addition, Lefferts has plans for 880 71st Street, a mixed-use project set to reshape the corridor.

Until recently, North Beach had not seen a new condo project in over five years. However, zoning updates now allow for higher-density development, giving developers like Lefferts an opportunity to deliver much-needed luxury housing.
