Matias Alem

Matias Alem was born in Brazil and moved to the United States at 18. One year later, he started his career in Real Estate. Matias graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami. With nearly 20 years of experience in Real Estate, he is the founder and CEO of Beyond Realty Group (BRG), a Miami-based, multidisciplinary investment and development company specializing in high-end real estate and income-producing communities. Matias manages a vertically integrated investment and development company from investment, sales, architecture/design, and construction to management.

In recent years, Matias has been directly responsible for managing millions of dollars of investment in South Florida, including real estate sales, design, development & construction of residential projects. Achieving a portfolio of completed exclusive high-level projects and property investments. His extensive expertise in luxury real estate & income producing communities earned him the trust of international clients and prominent high-net-worth investors attracted to South Florida and United States Real Estate markets.
