Aman Residences Miami Beach Moves Into Vertical Construction
August 15, 2025
Aman Residences Miami Beach has officially entered its vertical construction stage after completing piling, excavation, and foundation work. Developed by OKO Group and Access Industries, the project is located at 3425 Collins Avenue in the Faena District, one of Miami Beach’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Designed by acclaimed Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, the 18-story tower will top off in early 2026 and open in 2027.
With the foundation ready, Suffolk Construction will now build at a steady pace of one floor every two weeks. The development will include 22 Aman-branded residences in the tower. In addition, the restored Versailles Hotel will feature 56 hotel rooms designed by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston, known for his long-term collaborations with Aman.
According to Alan Chun, COO of OKO Group, this milestone underscores Aman’s record-setting residential sales. “We are watching Aman Residences Miami Beach rise above the skyline, marking a new chapter for the city’s luxury market,” he said.
The project will combine world-class architecture, historic preservation, and exclusive amenities. It also joins other high-profile developments in Miami Beach, such as the Faena Hotel Miami Beach and OKO Group’s Missoni Baia.
