The Delmore Surfside Sales Team Unveiled by DAMAC International

The Delmore Surfside, an ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, continues to gain momentum as DAMAC International announces its elite sales team. The project recently debuted a bespoke sales gallery in July 2025 and is on track for completion in 2029.

An Elite Team Driving Sales

Tara West, one of South Florida’s top-producing agents, will lead as Director of Sales. Assembled by Douglas Elliman, the exclusive sales and marketing partner, the team also includes Erik Schneider and Farid Moussallem, both well known in the ultra-luxury market for their deep networks and proven expertise.

Additionally, Ryan and Max Farbstein will act as Ambassadors, introducing The Delmore Surfside to global high-net-worth audiences and supporting international outreach.

Construction Progress at 8777 Collins Avenue

Meanwhile, construction continues to advance. In July, the Town of Surfside approved the foundation permit, an important milestone for the project. Keller North America has already completed over one-third of the deep-soil mixing (DSM) to reinforce the site’s perimeter.

To date, more than $25 million has been invested in the site. Vertical construction will begin in Q3 2026, underscoring DAMAC’s commitment to delivering on schedule.
