Mark Wahlberg West Delray Beach Mansion: A $37 Million Florida Dream Home
October 24, 2025
Mark Wahlberg has made a grand entrance into Florida’s luxury market. The Oscar-nominated actor and entrepreneur purchased a $37 million West Delray Beach mansion, securing his spot among South Florida’s celebrity homeowners.
According to Realtor.com, Wahlberg’s lavish estate spans more than 18,000 square feet and features seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Located in the ultra-private Stone Creek Ranch community, this masterpiece delivers unmatched comfort, privacy, and design sophistication.

A Resort-Like Estate Inspired by Lake Como
The mansion, known as Palazza di Lago, is set on a 2.7-acre lakefront lot surrounded by manicured landscaping and tropical scenery. Inside, it features a tennis court, saltwater lagoon pool, private movie theater, cigar lounge, and wine cellar.
For Wahlberg’s well-known fitness regimen, the property includes a “wellness wing” with a gym, sauna, and massage room. Inspired by the glamour of Lake Como and the allure of Casino Royale, the home blends Italian craftsmanship with contemporary elegance.

From Hollywood to the Sunshine State
Wahlberg, who filmed Pain and Gain in South Florida, appears to have permanently traded Hollywood for a quieter lifestyle. After relocating his family to Las Vegas in 2022, he told People magazine he wanted “a place where my kids can thrive and pursue their interests.” Now, it seems Florida provides that balance between work, wellness, and family life.
The actor shares four children with his wife, model Rhea Durham — Ella (22), Michael (19), Brendan (17), and Grace (15). The family’s move to Palm Beach County underscores a growing trend of celebrities relocating to South Florida for its privacy, tax advantages, and year-round sunshine.
Developer Turnaround and Star Power
Developer Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Homes sold the estate after purchasing it in January for $26 million and executing a complete redesign. Just two months later, he relisted it for $45 million. The deal was closed by Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman, with Michael Costello of Compass representing Wahlberg.
