A Sky-High Investment: Aviation Mogul Gregg G. Williams Purchases $21M Penthouse in Miami

Gregg G. Williams, the owner and CEO of Williams International, has elevated his real estate portfolio by acquiring a $21 million penthouse on the 59th floor of the Aston Martin Residences in Miami.

The transaction, completed by Riverwalk East Developments LLC—an affiliate of developer G&G Business Developments—saw Unit 5901C sold to 4GWREIFL LLC, a company managed by Williams at the same Pontiac, Michigan address as his aviation firm.

The newly completed Aston Martin Residences, located at 300 Biscayne Blvd. Way boasts 391 luxury condos across its 66 floors. While official property records have not listed the unit’s dimensions, developer documents describe Unit 5901C as spanning 8,668 square feet of interior space. The penthouse includes two balconies with a private pool and an outdoor bathroom.

Residents enjoy access to world-class amenities, such as a two-floor fitness center with ocean views, an art gallery, two movie theaters, a virtual golf simulator, and a full-service spa. The 55th-floor amenity deck features an infinity pool, jacuzzis, cabanas, a sky bar lounge, a ballroom, and exclusive dining areas.

Williams is no stranger to lofty achievements. At the helm of Williams International, a pioneer in gas turbine engines since its founding in 1955 by his father, Sam B. Williams, he has also made significant contributions outside aviation. As the largest shareholder of Second Sight Medical Products, which works to cure blindness, and auto parts manufacturer Ramos Arizpe Manufacturing, Williams’ impact spans industries. His accolades include being named a “Living Legend of Aviation.”
