ABH Developer Group recently finalized the acquisition of a prime waterfront site in Bay Harbor Islands, paving the way for a prestigious luxury condominium project. The acquisition, valued at $7.5 million, marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion endeavors.

Situated at 9700 W. Bay Harbor Drive, the forthcoming Aire Residences will stand tall at seven stories, boasting eight exclusive waterfront condos. Notably, seven of these opulent residences have already been claimed by discerning buyers, leaving only one unit available for acquisition.

The Sunset House, a breathtaking five-bedroom, 4.5-bath penthouse, awaits its future owner under the exclusive representation of Arno De Vos, the appointed sales agent.
