Another one! DJ Khaled is buying a $26M mansion in Miami Beach
September 28, 2018One of the most recognized names in international music, whose real name is Khaled Mohamed Khaled, aka DJ Khaled, is under contract to buy a $25.9 million home in Miami Beach. Douglas Elliman is representing the seller, Michael Lerner, who popularized the “Baby on Board” sign.
The 13,000-square foot residence is located on Pine Tree Drive and occupies a 1-acre lot, with approximately 105 feet of waterfront on the Indian Creek Waterway. The house features five bedrooms, a swimming pool, a gazebo, and a home-theater plus a guesthouse with four bedrooms.
Lerner paid $4.95 million for the site in 2013, according to the property records.
