Prices for these residences commenced at $1.390 million. A notable trend observed is the majority of buyers at Origin Residences are Brazilian—an indication of the growing presence of Brazilian investors in the South Florida market. According to the Miami Association of Realtors, Brazil ranks third in the top five countries for international homebuyer transactions in 2023. In a recent development, the developers announced that they now offer commissions.
