BRG Participated in Brazilian Family Business Forum

Matias Alem, CEO and Founder of Beyond Realty Group, participated last night (28) of the Brazilian Family Business Forum (FBFE – Fórum Brasileiro da Família Empresária), held in the city of Ribeirao Preto, Brazil.

The forum focuses on executives and members of family businesses, successors and shareholders seeking knowledge and exchange of experience to manage more effectively the company in which they are inserted. The event took place during the Agrishow, one of the world´s largest and most comprehensive agricultural technology trade shows.

The city of Ribeirao Preto, well known as the “Brazilian California”, was chosen to host the event because of its economic boom, thanks to the local agroindustry and ethanol, high standard of living and sunny weather. Nonetheless, attracted by fast-developing luxury real estate, more and more high-net-worth individuals have made Ribeirao Preto their home.

“Facing a shaking economy at their home country, wealthy Brazilians have been looking for safest places to invest,” stated Matias. “ And we believe that the South Florida real estate is the answer they’ve been looking for”. In his speech, Matias explained the many attributes of Miami, as well as the services provided by his company; BRG help clients that wants to buy/sell properties, architecture and interior design, and property management.

Brazil has ranked as the top foreign nation searching online for South Florida real estate in 17 of the last 18 months, according to the Miami Association of Realtors. And Brazilians were among the top three purchasers of Miami real estate among foreigners, along with Venezuelans and Argentinians last year.
