Brickell Flatiron Reaches Completion, Becoming Miami’s Fourth Tallest Tower Ever Built
November 1, 2019Brickell Flatiron approached its conclusion, becoming now the fourth tallest skyscraper ever built in Miami and the tallest all-condo building south of New York.
Soon, hundreds of new residents will begin to move into Brickell as closing is about to begin. There is a total of 527 residential units, with 95 percent sold.
The tower, with 64 stories and 736 feet above the ground, as seventy percent of the building’s buyers coming from the U.S. market. There is only three towers in Miami taller than Brickell Flatiron: Panorama Tower (868 feet above ground), Four Seasons (around 800 feet above ground), and the Southeast Financial Center (764 feet above ground).
