Citadel’s New Supertall Headquarters Tower to Begin Construction in Late 2025

According to a Citadel spokesperson speaking to The Real Deal, Citadel’s highly anticipated new supertall headquarters is set to begin construction in the third quarter of 2025.

Miami-Dade records indicate that the tower’s zoning review application was accepted on September 9, following a revised filing made on August 26. The development is currently undergoing reviewer assignment.

The 54-story skyscraper is slated to rise 1,032 feet above sea level. It will feature 1,293,373 square feet of office space, 212 hotel rooms, a health spa, a fitness club, ballroom, conference and event facilities, and fine-dining restaurant space. Additionally, the development will include 50 underground parking spaces.

Foster + Partners has been named the design architect, with AAI Architects as the architect of record. Field Operations will oversee the landscape design.
