Construction has officially commenced on Rivage Bal Harbour, an ultra-luxury condominium development in one of South Florida’s most prestigious neighborhoods. The project is a joint venture between Related Group, Rockpoint, and Two Roads Development. It features architecture by the acclaimed firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and interiors by Rottet Studio.
Positioned between the Intracoastal Waterway and 200 feet of pristine oceanfront, Rivage Bal Harbour will offer 56 high-end residences designed to harmonize modern luxury with the region’s natural beauty.
