Construction in full swing in South Florida

There are more than 100 projects under construction in Miami-Dade County, all new developments reflecting the dynamism of a young and growing global city. BRG International has created a full list of selected developments broken down by neighborhoods: Brickell, Downtown, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles.

According to the list, the neighborhood with the highest count of under-construction condos is Brickell, with more than 10 projects being build.
