Construction of 850-Foot Residences at Mandarin Oriental Set to Begin in 2025
May 17, 2024Swire Properties has initiated sales for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, and released further details about the development.
The project includes two towers connected by a landscaped podium. The South Tower will rise to 66 stories or 850 feet, while the North Tower will reach 426 feet. Kohn Pedersen Fox designs both towers.
The South Tower will feature 228 condos with luxury appliances and finishes, 11-foot ceilings, and private elevators. Parisian designer Tristan Auer is responsible for the interiors.
At the top of the South Tower, a $100 million duplex penthouse is available. It offers 16,000 square feet of interior space and 7,000 square feet of private outdoor space, including one of Miami’s highest private infinity pools.
The North Tower will include 121 hotel rooms, a spa, and multiple restaurants. Additionally, it will house 66 private residences and 28 hotel residences.
Construction is slated to begin in 2025, with occupancy expected in 2029.
