Developer to break ground on Aventura Hilton Hotel
September 21, 2018After securing a $ 55.58 million construction loan, the developer of the Aventura Hilton Hotel, just south of the Aventura Mall, is ready to break ground. Banesco USA granted the loan to Aventura Hospitality LLC, managed by Larry M. Abbo of the company Prime Hospitality Group in Hollywood.
The developer recently purchased the property from Turnberry Plaza, that Abbo also manages, for $5.84 million.
The 12-story hotel will have 192 rooms, with a total of 432,000 square feet, 8,000 square feet in restaurants and 10,000 in convention space. Located at 2875 NE 191st St, the property will include a fitness center and a pool deck.
