CNN has recently confirmed the official announcement of a remarkable 90-story tower project designed by Dolce & Gabbana, set to grace the skyline at 888 Brickell.
This stunning tower will soar to a supertall height of 1,049 feet, adhering to the maximum height limit set by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for structures in Miami.
The development is poised to offer 259 luxurious condominiums, complemented by including a lavish 5-star hotel, as reported by CNN. Moreover, the building will feature many restaurants, bars, and desirable amenities.
Outlined in an October 2022 filing with county planners, the 888 Brickell project encompasses:
- 259 residential units
- A sprawling 52,144 square feet dedicated to health and fitness facilities
- An impressive 38,727 square feet of food and beverage space
- Approximately 273 parking spaces for residents and visitors alike
- The tower’s architectural design is credited to Studio Sofield, as indicated in the filing. At the same time, ODP assumes the role of the architect of record.
In December 2022, the FAA approved the tower to reach a height of 1,042 feet above ground, or 1,049 feet above sea level, solidifying its status as a remarkable addition to the Miami skyline.
CNN’s report highlights that the interior design of the tower will bear the distinctive touch of Dolce & Gabbana’s founders, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. Each unit is promised to be delivered fully finished, furnished, thoughtfully outfitted, down to bathrobes, and a curated selection of books on the shelves.
Potential buyers can anticipate prices ranging from $3.5 million to $35 million, with project completion and delivery expected in 2027.
