E11EVEN Residences Beyond Reaches Milestone with Completed Foundation Pour

E11EVEN Residences Beyond, part of the luxury dual-tower E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami development in Downtown Miami’s District 11, has completed its foundation pour and is progressing toward vertical construction.
The foundation pour, led by John Moriarty & Associates, began on Friday, August 23, at 8 p.m. and continued for 24 hours straight. During this period, 760 concrete trucks delivered 6,800 cubic yards of concrete, marking a significant advancement for the project, which developers E11EVEN Partners and PMG spearheaded. This step also signals ongoing growth in Downtown Miami’s vibrant District 11 neighborhood.
Situated in the heart of Downtown Miami, the E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami development includes two towers offering a unique, resort-style experience, making it the first of its kind in the Southeastern United States. The first tower, E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami, combines turnkey residences and hotel rooms. The second tower, E11EVEN Residences Beyond, is an exclusive condominium offering. Both properties feature various floorplans, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, with select options for a presidential collection and penthouse suites. All residences have state-of-the-art “smart building” features, high-end Subzero and Wolf appliances, custom Italian cabinetry by ITALKRAFT, and premium designer furnishings. The iconic 65-story towers are being designed by the internationally renowned Sieger Suarez Architects, with interiors by the award-winning design firm AvroKO.

The E11EVEN Hotel & Residences tower will be completed in 2025, with E11EVEN Residences Beyond following in 2026.
