ELLE, the globally renowned fashion and lifestyle media brand, is venturing into real estate by introducing ELLE Residences Miami. In collaboration with Vertical Developments and Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG), this ambitious project marks a significant expansion for ELLE, blending the brand’s iconic Parisian flair with Miami’s lively culture.
Situated in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, the 25-story ELLE Residences Miami will feature 180 turnkey units designed to reflect ELLE’s chic and trendsetting aesthetic. The interiors, curated by The One Atelier, will embody the innovative design seen in ELLE DECOR, merging modern elegance with a relaxed, global consciousness.
ELLE Residences Miami will offer floor plans ranging from 450 to 845 square feet, with options for one or two bedrooms, including a collection of penthouses. Prices start at $525,000. Flexible rental capabilities will allow owners to offer residences for short-term use, enhancing the living experience with high-touch service and resort-style amenities.

The French Riviera-inspired sundeck includes a resort pool and private cabanas, while a rooftop pool and resident-only lounge offer panoramic views and entertainment options. The architectural design, led by Behar Font & Partners, aims to unite thoughtful spaces with a striking façade, ensuring the development stands out in Miami’s skyline.
