The rooftop deck serves as the crown jewel of the 25-story tower. Its design combines timeless elegance with contemporary flair. A red-and-white checkerboard tile floor creates a bold visual rhythm. The pool features shimmering aqua mosaic tiles that reflect the Miami sky and contrast with the warm terracotta tones below.

Lounge chairs with clean, minimalist frames line the pool’s edge, inviting relaxation. Lush palms, cascading vines, and curated planters soften the modern lines. As a result, the space feels both chic and resort-like. Glass railings keep views of the city and nearby parks unobstructed while maintaining an open-air feel.

Social Lounge and Bar with Casual Glamour

Next to the pool, a lounge and bar area continues the refined design theme. Curved terracotta-clad walls pair with sleek black-framed chairs and white marble tabletops. Plush banquettes embroidered with “ELLE” pillows add comfort and style. Soft cabana drapes and pops of tropical greenery complete the look, creating a casual yet glamorous setting for gatherings.

Residences Designed for Flexibility and Style

ELLE Residences Miami will be the first residential tower by the iconic ELLE brand. The 25-story building will rise at 3618 NE 5th Avenue in Edgewater, developed by Vertical Developments and Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG).

The project offers 189 turnkey residences, with prices starting in the $525,000s. Floor plans range from 450 to 845 square feet, with one- and two-bedroom options, plus a select collection of penthouses. Importantly, the homes allow for short-term rentals — adding flexibility for owners and investors.
