Faena Residences Miami: Viñoly’s Final Vision Redefines Riverfront Luxury

Faena is making a bold move inland with its first standalone residential development: Faena Residences Miami. Located at 90 SW 3rd Street along the Miami River, this ambitious project brings the brand’s distinctive blend of art, culture, and luxury to Downtown Miami.

Designed by the late architect Rafael Viñoly, Faena Residences Miami features twin 60-story towers connected by a dramatic two-story Sky Bridge. The bridge will house 45,000 square feet of cultural programming, creating a landmark architectural element and serving as a tribute to Viñoly’s visionary legacy—his final masterpiece.

The development includes 434 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, including lofts and penthouses. Units span from 700 to 3,300 square feet, with prices starting at $1.3 million. The most exclusive offerings—sky lofts and penthouses—are priced up to $10 million.
