Fisher Island’s Palazzo Della Luna Sets a New Bar for Luxury
March 23, 2018Miami has always been known as a tourism hub in North America, but during the past several years, residential sales have sent an increasing trend. Full of culture and spirit, the area attracts more than your standard condos, instead favoring luxury condos that go above and beyond.
Fisher Island is set to host the newest addition to luxury living. Palazzo Della Luna is the most recent development to unveil in the luxury condo department. Luxury is almost an understatement for the boutique condominium development. With 10 floors of pure opulence, the residential building features 50 units. These units range from 3 to 7 waterfront bedrooms. The Palazzo Della Luna also features an extraordinary penthouse that comes in with a $40 million dollar price tag. That number puts the penthouse as the priciest listing ever on Fisher Island.
The development of Palazzo Della Luna is led by PDS Development, LLC as well as the experienced developer, Heinrich von Hanau. The building, currently under construction, is managed by ASR Construction, LLC. While the condominium is set to be completed summer of 2019, units are already on the market.
Palazzo Della Luna is being built on Fisher Island’s last available property with prime waterfront draw. The lead designer, Winston Kong, is taken back to his roots with this project having been born in Miami. Kong currently works with Champalimaud Design, an NY based Design Firm. While luxury is a trend in Miami, Kong took the Palazzo Della Luna to new heights. With incorporated materials such as gilded glass, cerused oak, statuary marble, and terrazzo – the complex is meant to indulge. The residences will also include top of the line Sub-Zero and Miele appliances and amenities, such as custom soaking tubs.
Palazzo Della Luna will be connected by a central park with its sister property, Palazzo Del Sol. The Park will feature outdoor tea gardens, a serenity yoga lawn, a bocce ball court, and a croquet lawn.
