Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove Breaks Ground in Miami

CMC Group and Fort Partners have started construction on Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove. It marks the debut of Four Seasons’ first standalone residential tower in Florida. The milestone highlights Miami’s growing demand for branded luxury living, especially in Coconut Grove.

A Landmark Collaboration

Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group and Nadim Ashi’s Fort Partners are leading the development. The 20-story building was designed by Luis Revuelta, with interiors by Michele Bönan and landscaping by Raymond Jungles. As a result, the tower’s curved form will add a distinct architectural presence to the Grove skyline.

The project includes 70 luxury residences ranging from 2,025 to 3,975 square feet. It also offers four penthouses that reach up to 9,690 square feet. Each residence features floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevators, and Italian kitchens by Molteni. In addition, integrated lighting and smart-home systems deliver modern convenience throughout each home.

World-Class Amenities Without the Hotel

Although the tower is not connected to a hotel, it still provides a full Four Seasons lifestyle. Residents will have access to a signature restaurant, a library, an event room, and a dedicated children’s area. They will also enjoy an expansive pool deck and a bar lounge with full Four Seasons service.

Furthermore, The Caesar Experience by the Hofer Group introduces a Roman-inspired wellness program. It includes a cold plunge, hydromassage pool, ice fountain, and a variety of spa treatments. Hotel-level services — such as housekeeping, valet, butler options, and wellness programming — are also available.

Construction is underway, and the project is expected to be completed in early 2028. This timing aligns with strong demand for branded residences in South Florida. Inventory in Coconut Grove remains limited.
