Groundbreaking at Fisher Island: Luxury Residences Set to Redefine Miami’s Skyline

The Related Group, Teddy Sagi, BH Group, and Wanxiang America RE Group have officially broken ground on The Residences at Six Fisher Island, a luxury residential tower located on the last available development site on Miami’s exclusive Fisher Island.

This prestigious project will feature 50 condominiums housed in a 10-story structure, and completion is anticipated by 2026 under the direction of Coastal Construction. Kobi Karp Architects will oversee the architectural design, while Tara Bernerd and Partners will curate the interiors. Douglas Elliman will serve as the exclusive sales partner for the development.

The residences will range from three to eight bedrooms, each boasting high ceilings, expansive terraces, and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. The kitchens will be custom-designed and outfitted with top-tier Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Primary suites will include dual walk-in closets, with bathrooms featuring natural stone finishes by Tara Bernerd. Private elevator foyers are a standard feature, and some residences will even include private pools and outdoor kitchens.

The community offers extensive amenities, including over 1,000 linear feet of shoreline, two resort-style pool decks, a wellness center, a spa, a virtual-reality game room, multi-sport simulator, a playground, and private transportation services on and off the island.
