Related Group, in partnership with Teddy Sagi, BH Group, and Wanxiang America RE Group, has officially ground the Residences at Six Fisher Island, an exclusive new residential tower within the prestigious Fisher Island community. Located on the final development site of the 216-acre island, Six Fisher Island will feature just 50 bespoke residences across ten stories. With construction overseen by Coastal Construction, the project is expected to be completed in 2026. Managed by Douglas Elliman, sales are already 50% complete, with over $500 million generated, including $150 million from two penthouse sales.
