Here’s the First Look at the Finished Armani/Casa

Sunny Isles has another newly finished condo: the 56-story Residences by Armani/Casa Tower. With closings underway, are you wondering how the ultra-luxury building looks like? We have new images released by developers Related Group and Dezer Development.

The 308-units condo is expected to top off at $1 billion in total sales, with over $800 million already in contract last year, according to developers.

The project features a two-story Armani Spa and fitness center, a private movie theater, a children’s playground, and a private oceanfront restaurant and bar.

Construction started in January 2016, with the conclusion in November 2019, giving it around 46 months of development. Closings began in early December on the units ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet, priced from $2.9 to $17 million.
