High Demand: 57 Ocean is Redesigned to Accommodate 10 More Units

May 24, 2019

After selling more than half of the sky residences, Multiplan Real Estate Management, the developer of 57 Ocean, is adding ten more of those units due to increased demand. The boutique luxury condo planned for 5775 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, will now count with 71 units, bringing the number of sky residences to 18.

Marcelo Kingston, managing partner, informed that the new units would be located on the south and north corners on the upper floors. Each sky residence sums more than 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, with 12-foot-deep terraces overlooking the city and the ocean and four bedrooms.

Kingston attributed the success in sales to the quality of the project and added he’s seeing an increase in buyers from New York. 57 Ocean’s penthouse ranges from $15 million to $35 million; a penthouse duplex that can be customized by size is also available.

Brazilian billionaire José Isaac Peres leads Multiplan; they began sales of the project with Fortune Development Sales in October and revealed a multimillion-dollar sales center in January of this year.
