Indian Creek Property Next to Jeff Bezos Drops $50 Million
March 7, 2025A prime Indian Creek property has dropped its price by $50 million, now listed for $150 million. The 1.84-acre waterfront lot, located on Miami’s exclusive Indian Creek Island, was originally priced at $200 million.
Exclusive Island, Elite Neighbors
The property, owned by SMM Sunny Holding LLC, was purchased in 2018 for $27.5 million. Indian Creek Island, also known as the “Billionaire Bunker”, is home to only 40 estates, a private police force, and a single secured bridge for access.
Since Jeff Bezos began buying properties on the island in 2023, prices have surged. Tom Brady recently listed his Indian Creek estate for $150 million. Other high-profile residents include Carl Icahn, Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump, and Jeffrey Soffer.
A Potential Miami Record-Breaker?
The listing, managed by Ilya Reznik of The Reznik Group, first hit the market in December 2023. Plans include a 25,000-square-foot mansion. While no buyer has emerged yet, Bezos still holds the island’s record sale at $90 million.
If this Indian Creek property sells at $150 million, it will set a new Miami real estate record, surpassing Ken Griffin’s $106.9 million Coconut Grove purchase in 2022. However, Palm Beach has already seen two $150 million sales in 2024.
