Ink Entertainment Plans Upscale Supper Club Near Lincoln Road in Miami Beach
April 18, 2025Ink Entertainment, the hospitality group behind popular Miami spots like Sofia and Amal, is eyeing a new venture: an upscale supper club in Miami Beach. The proposed venue would take over a 14,952-square-foot property at 1681 Lenox Avenue, just north of Lincoln Road. The space formerly housed the Yard House restaurant and bar.
Designed to deliver a whole sensory experience, the supper club will blend fine dining, live performances, artistic ambiance, and old-school charm. According to a recent filing with the Miami Beach Design Review Board, the venue will include two stages and 296 seats—207 on the ground floor, 38 on a mezzanine level, and 33 outdoors. A lace-like architectural veil will mark the entrance.
The property is owned by the Witkoff Group, a real estate firm founded by Steve Witkoff, who also serves as President Donald Trump’s envoy to the Middle East. Witkoff’s son oversees the company, which purchased the building in 2021 for $15.4 million. It’s currently unclear whether a final lease agreement between Ink Entertainment and the Witkoff firm has been signed.
The supper club proposal comes amid a surge of high-end dining destinations opening around Lincoln Road. Mila, a restaurant and private club, has seen immense success, spurring similar ventures. The H.wood Group plans to bring its celebrity-favorite Nice Guy restaurant to 947 Lincoln Road, while Oro, a theatrical dining experience, launched at 818 Lincoln Road earlier this year.
Ink Entertainment’s expanding Miami footprint includes Sofia in the Design District, Byblos in Miami Beach, Coconut Grove’s Amal, and rooftop bar Level 6.
The Miami Beach Design Review Board will review the supper club application on May 15. Representatives for Ink Entertainment and the Witkoff Group have not yet commented on the project.
