Miami Beach’s Highest Penthouses Unveiled at Five Park, Priced at $19M and $20M

September 13, 2024

For the first time, the highest penthouses in Miami Beach have been listed for sale, topping Five Park, the tallest building in the area. The luxurious residences are priced at $20 million and $19 million, and they were designed by the renowned New York design firm Meyer Davis, known for prestigious projects like Four Seasons and Auberge Resorts and for designing Oscar de la Renta boutiques worldwide. Developed by David Martin (Terra) and Russell Galbut (GFO Investments), the iconic 48-story tower also boasts the adjacent Canopy Park, a three-acre oasis for residents to enjoy.

Canopy Penthouse 01, priced at $20 million, features four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a powder room, an office, a media room, and an open kitchen plus a prep kitchen. The penthouse covers 7,923 square feet, including a 1,863-square-foot terrace, offering breathtaking views of the bay, ocean, and park.

Canopy Penthouse 02, listed at $19 million, has a similar layout: four bedrooms, six baths, a powder room, an office, a media room, an open kitchen, and a separate prep kitchen. This expansive residence offers 7,756 square feet of living space, with an additional 1,868-square-foot outdoor terrace providing panoramic vistas.

Five Park offers residents over 50,000 square feet of world-class amenities, including the Canopy Club, which spans 40,000 square feet at the top of the tower. This exclusive club provides refined social spaces such as a private dining room, a jewel box bar and lounge, living rooms, a library, a den, and outdoor terraces. Wellness and fitness areas are also included. The Park Club amenity deck enhances the experience with a large pool, café terrace, covered cabanas, loungers, and intimate gathering spots. Inside, residents can access a fully-equipped gym, spa treatment rooms, co-working spaces with private offices and boardrooms, screening rooms, and more.

A unique feature of the development is the Canopy Bridge, a 158-foot enclosed bridge designed by French conceptual artist Daniel Buren. For the first time, it connects Five Park’s site to the South of Fifth neighborhood.
