Multiplan REAM Launches Ocean House: A New Benchmark in Surfside’s Ultra-Luxury Real Estate Market

August 16, 2024

Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management (REAM), known for its lavish 57 Ocean development, has launched sales for Ocean House, an exclusive collection of 25 ultra-luxurious residences in Surfside. This boutique development combines the seclusion and grandeur of a high-end private residence with the modern conveniences of condominium living, offering a premier oceanfront lifestyle. Sales will be conducted by appointment only, with prices starting at $5 million. Industry veteran Phil Gutman will lead the initiative.

“Surfside’s serene and prime location has made it a premier destination for ultra-high-end buyers in Miami’s waterfront market,” said José Isaac Peres, Founding Partner of Multiplan REAM. “Ocean House redefines luxury living in the city, and we are confident this exceptional project will thrive in this flourishing community.”

Situated at 9317 Collins Avenue, the boutique condominium offers two- to five-bedroom residences that epitomize the Surfside lifestyle. Architecture firm Arquitectonica, led by Bernardo Fort-Brescia, and its landscape arm ArquitectonicaGEO, spearhead the project’s design. The residences feature expansive views to the east, south, and west, with interiors by designer Carla Guilhem, known for blending yacht and home design in sophisticated, ocean-inspired spaces.

Ocean House distinguishes itself through its emphasis on privacy and tranquility. It offers wellness-focused amenities across three meticulously curated floors. These include a rejuvenating spa with a steam room and treatment area, a rooftop pool deck, a vitality pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The landscape incorporates reflecting ponds, floating cabanas, and intimate lounges for a serene ambiance.

“Ocean House delivers an intimate and exclusive living experience, unlike the large-scale developments common in South Florida,” said Marcelo Kingston, Managing Partner at Multiplan REAM. “With breathtaking waterfront views, exceptional architecture, and unparalleled amenities, this project is designed with sophisticated buyers in mind.”

Residences range from 2,093 to 6,279 square feet and feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, grand living spaces with natural stone flooring, and custom Silestone kitchen islands with waterfall edges. The interiors boast elegant European cabinetry, Gaggenau kitchen appliances, and spa-like bathrooms with freestanding tubs, double vanities, and glass-enclosed rainfall showers. Private terraces offer stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.

“Ocean House is a rare gem in South Florida’s competitive luxury condo market,” said Phil Gutman. “The scarcity of available land and new developments in Surfside makes this project a unique opportunity to own a luxurious villa in the sky.”

The demolition of the existing Regent Palace Condominium has begun, clearing the way for construction. Construction is scheduled to break ground in early 2025, and Ocean House is expected to be completed in 2027.

“Our approach to the market is selective and focused. By self-financing, Multiplan REAM has the flexibility to begin construction immediately while attracting buyers who share our vision for Miami’s most exclusive beachfront condo community,” concluded Kingston.
