Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management has announced the launch of sales for 25 ultra-luxury condominiums at Ocean House in Surfside. With prices starting at $5 million, these exclusive residences, led by Phil Gutman, are available by appointment only.
Located at 9317 Collins Ave., Ocean House will feature two- to five-bedroom units ranging from 2,093 to 6,279 square feet. The existing two-story Regent Palace Condominium on the site is being demolished, with groundbreaking scheduled for the first quarter of 2025 and delivery expected in 2027.
Each unit will boast floor-to-ceiling windows, natural-stone flooring in the living rooms, open-concept kitchens, and private terraces with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The community will offer top-tier amenities, including a spa with treatment rooms, a salon, a steam room, a rooftop pool deck, a vitality pool, and a fitness center. The lushly landscaped grounds will feature tropical plants, reflecting ponds, floating cabanas, and lounges.
Arquitectonica and its ArquitectonicaGEO unit are in charge of architectural and landscape design, while designer Carla Guilhem crafts the interiors.
