New Renderings of Atrium & Sky Pool Proposed at Legacy Hotel & Residences Miami Worldcenter

Legacy Hotel & Residences at Miami Worldcenter released two new renderings of the top of the building, including the “Singapore style” pool that will hover off the edge of the tower’s 45th floor, with incredible views of downtown Miami from 500 feet in the air.

The second rendering reveals a seven-story air-conditioned glass atrium with indoor palm trees with a lounge, a restaurant, and a bar. It will be the largest rooftop atrium for a hotel-condo in the United States.

Legacy will feature 278 condo-hotel units and 256 hotel rooms. Groundbreaking is programmed for the summer of 2020, with completion in the fall of 2023.
