North Beach’s 72nd & Park Tower Soars 22 Stories, Reaching New Heights

The highly anticipated 72nd & Park tower in North Beach is making significant progress, with the structure now nearly halfway complete. This new development offers a unique residential experience as the latest addition to the Miami Beach skyline.
Upon completion, 72nd & Park will encompass 270 residential units, including an impressive 121 micro-units, as indicated by a school concurrency agreement filed in September 2022. In addition, the project will feature approximately 12,000 square feet of retail space, catering to the community’s needs. Furthermore, a spacious 326-space parking garage will be available to accommodate residents and visitors, as outlined in an earlier filing with the city of Miami Beach.
Arquitectonica, renowned for its innovative designs, is the architect behind this ambitious project. KGTC LLC, primarily controlled by Russell Galbut and Matis Cohen, is taking the lead as the developer. With their expertise and vision, they are poised to create an exceptional living environment within North Beach.
