Multiplan REAM Breaks Ground on Ocean House Surfside

Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management (REAM), led by Brazilian billionaire developer José Isaac Peres, has officially broken ground on Ocean House, a luxury residential project in Surfside, Miami Beach.

Located at 9317 Collins Ave., this 12-story oceanfront development will feature 25 expansive residences. Units range from 2,093-square-foot two-bedroom homes to 6,279-square-foot five-bedroom penthouses. Prices start at $5 million, though pre-sales figures remain undisclosed.

Ocean House promises to redefine high-end coastal living. Arquitectonica, a renowned Miami-based firm, designed the building’s sleek, modern architecture. Meanwhile, Carla Guilhem curated the interiors to emphasize elegance and functionality. Moss Construction, based in Fort Lauderdale, is leading the build, with completion targeted for 2027.

Managing partner Marcelo Kingston emphasized the project’s self-financing strategy. This approach enables an accelerated construction timeline, ensuring steady progress. Sales launched in August 2024, attracting interest from discerning buyers seeking privacy and exclusivity.
