Okan Tower Miami: with Hilton brand aboard, sales gallery opens in Miami
May 12, 2018Okan Group, owned by billionaire Turkish developer Bekir Okan, announced the project at an event on its 3,000-square-foot sales gallery in Istanbul last week, also announcing the official launch of the Miami sales gallery that happened this past Thursday. They also announced that construction is expected to begin in September of this year, with the conclusion in about 3 to 4 years.
Located on North Miami Avenue, 555, in Downtown Miami, just west of Biscayne Boulevard, the 70-story Okan Tower will include:
- 294 hotel rooms (managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts)
- 149 residential condo units and four penthouses
- 236 condo-hotel units
- 64,000 square feet of office space
- Rooftop restaurant
Amenities include a Hammam spa, state-of-the-art health and fitness center, swimming pool on the 70th floor, outdoor lounge, gourmet kitchen, cinema, wine cellar and cigar room. There will be separate high-speed elevators to access the different sections.
Prices start at $318,500, with condo-hotel units being delivered turn-key (meaning furniture is included). The units available in this sections are studios, one or even two bedrooms, from 447 to 1,245 square feet.
While residential units will include apartments starting with one to three bedrooms, and a den, sizing from 698 to more than 2,071 square feet. Duplex-style penthouses will feature floorplans with 1,873, to more than 2,142 square feet.
