Edgewater Villa Miami Secures $285M Loan for Luxury Condos

Edgewater Miami is set to welcome Villa Miami, a new luxury high-rise by One Thousand Group and Terra. The developers secured a $285 million construction loan to bring this ultra-luxury waterfront tower to life. Rising 650 feet above Biscayne Bay, the project will feature 70 exclusive residences and a copper-colored exoskeleton designed by ODP Architects.

A Landmark Development in Edgewater Miami

Villa Miami will offer estate-style residences ranging from 3,000 to 6,000 square feet, with prices starting at $5 million. The luxury condos will provide 360-degree views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Residents will also have access to a private helipad, making this one of the most exclusive properties in the area.

Construction began this month, and developers expect to complete the project by late 2027.

Strong Financial Backing and Market Demand

TYKO Capital, a real estate investment platform backed by Elliott Investment Management, provided the $285 million loan. TYKO has financed major developments, including New York City’s Flatiron Building and Miami’s St. Regis Residences.

Walker & Dunlop’s Keith Kurland and Jordan Casella structured the financing. They also arranged the $170 million loan for Terra’s $1 billion mixed-use development near Dolphin Mall.
