Opening Date Nearing For Ferris Wheel at Bayside
February 22, 2020Promoters of the Skyviews attraction in Downtown Miami are calling it the “Ferris Wheel on Steroids” as it approaches completion. The amusement ride, which is set to open in March, is being developed behind the Bayside Marketplace.
It will have 42 climate-controlled gondolas, the first of which arrived on the site last week. The wheel is currently built.
Adult ticket prices will be $16; seniors and military personnel tickets will be $13, and children will be charged $10.
The wheel that is 176 feet pales next to the Skyrise, which is set for 1,049 feet.
