Riviera Horizons has unveiled the interior designs of Pagani Residences Miami, showcasing breathtaking kitchens and bathrooms. A++, the design firm behind Pagani Arte, an exclusive Made-in-Italy interior design division, curates the luxurious spaces. Homebuyers can choose from over 16 customizable design options, including diverse countertops, flooring, and cabinetry styles, allowing for a highly personalized living experience. Pagani, known for its handcrafted exclusivity and “stealth-wealth” design, brings the same bespoke philosophy from their renowned Hypercars into the interiors, offering unmatched levels of personalization.

Pagani Residences, the first Miami building associated with the prestigious Hypercar brand, will deliver 70 exquisitely crafted waterfront homes starting at $2.4 million. Set in North Bay Village, the project is slated for completion in 2027 and is managed by Fortune Development Sales. Known for its bespoke craftsmanship in the automotive world, Pagani Automobili extends its artistry into luxury real estate with this venture.

Designed by Revuelta Architecture, the 28-story tower will feature just 70 corner residences, ranging from 2,000 to over 3,300 square feet of living space. The exclusive penthouses will feature up to 6,900 square feet of indoor living space and 4,400 square feet of outdoor space, along with 13-foot ceilings and private pools.
