Pagani Residences: Miami’s First Hypercar-Branded Luxury Homes

Pagani Residences, Miami’s first-ever Hypercar-branded building, will feature 70 handcrafted waterfront residences in North Bay Village, with prices starting at $2.4 million. Pagani Automobil is known for its exceptional quality, unique engineering, and tailor-made Hypercars; this new venture is slated for completion in 2027, with Fortune Development Sales overseeing sales and marketing.
Located at 7940 West Drive, North Bay Village, this 28-story, amenity-rich property designed by Revuelta Architecture will offer 70 corner residences. These spacious two-to-four-bedroom homes range from 2,000 to over 3,300 square feet, featuring expansive outdoor terraces from 800 to 1,040 square feet. Only four residences per floor ensure privacy. Penthouses span up to 6,900 square feet with 4,400 square feet of outdoor living space. Each home is fully customized and finished with 11-foot ceilings and waterfront-facing outdoor spaces. Penthouses will boast 13-foot ceilings and private pools.
