A Landmark Reveal for Pagani Residences

Pagani Residences, the world’s first residential project created by automaker Horacio Pagani, has released its two signature penthouses priced at $30 million and $28.5 million. These homes rise above Biscayne Bay and blend architecture, Italian craftsmanship, and exclusive experiences found nowhere else. Their debut sets new price records for North Bay Village and strengthens the development’s position as a transformative luxury address in Miami.

Two Duplex Penthouses Designed for Elevated Living

The penthouses crown the 28th and 29th floors. Penthouse 01 spans 12,200 square feet, with 7,000 square feet indoors and 5,200 square feet outdoors. It offers five bedrooms and six bathrooms for $30 million. Penthouse 02 measures 10,700 square feet, including 6,100 interior and 4,600 exterior square feet. This residence features four bedrooms and five bathrooms at a price of $28.5 million. Each home stretches across two levels with 13-foot ceilings, private elevators, and expansive terraces that frame unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.

Interiors Personally Curated by Horacio Pagani

Horacio Pagani and the Pagani Arte team curated every detail of the penthouses. They selected exclusive materials and finishes available only in these two residences. Light oak flooring appears in Pagani’s signature chevron parquet with metal inlays, while travertine stone defines the upper levels. A sculptural swirling staircase, crafted from travertine, oak, and white-lacquered metal, anchors the great room.

The kitchens feature Schiffini Magistretti cabinetry and penthouse-exclusive Gaggenau appliances. Owners can choose between Carrara marble with Argento Veneziano aluminum and oak or Portoro marble with Nero Lipari aluminum and oak. A custom 365-bottle wine wall completes the culinary space. Bathrooms continue the bespoke design with Pagani’s 1000 lines in honed travertine, Gessi Cesello fixtures, and spa-style shower spouts with body jets.

A First: A Bespoke Pagani Utopia Roadster for Each Buyer

Each penthouse owner receives a Pagani Utopia Roadster “Miami Edition” designed by Horacio Pagani. The hypercar features a custom blue finish that reflects Miami’s sea and sky. Owners may also secure a private on-site garage for their Roadster.

To deepen the experience, Pagani invites every buyer to Modena, Italy. The trip includes a private tour of Museo Horacio Pagani, a behind-the-scenes Atelier visit, and a personal meeting with Horacio Pagani and the Pagani Arte team. During this visit, owners can collaborate on design elements to personalize their home, continuing Pagani’s tradition of bespoke creation.

Exclusive Wellness Amenities and Signature Design

Penthouse residents enjoy private access to the building’s wellness amenities. These include a state-of-the-art gym, a 29th-floor waterfront spa, a restorative lounge, and a rooftop pool deck with cabanas and hot- and cold-plunge pools. Pagani Arte and A++ designed the building’s interiors with signature elements from Pagani Automobili, such as custom chandeliers and the brand’s iconic ellipse. White-glove services complete the elevated lifestyle.

Pagani Residences sits in North Bay Village, a quiet three-island community in Biscayne Bay.
