Photo: Residences by Armani Casa Soon to Open in Sunny Isles

Dezer Properties and Related Group, developers of Residences by Armani Casa, have issued a new aerial picture of the tower in Sunny Isles as completion nears. The building is expected to generate a total of $1 billion in real estate sales, with above $800 million already in contract.

The 56-story tower is on track to open in November, according to developers.

The picture was taken a little while ago; more progress has been made since then:
