Miami’s skyline is about to witness a thrilling fusion of architectural opulence and automotive prestige as Riviera Horizons, a prominent developer, teams up with Italy’s legendary sportscar manufacturer Pagani Automobili to unveil a groundbreaking residential project. Nestled along the picturesque shores of Biscayne Bay at 7940 West Drive, the Pagani Residence promises a lifestyle that mirrors the exhilaration of driving one of Pagani’s hypercars—albeit at a commensurate price point.

The announcement comes as Riviera Horizons unveils plans for the Pagani Residence, a 28-story marvel boasting 70 units that epitomize luxury living. With prices starting at a cool $2.4 million, these residences are poised to attract discerning buyers seeking an unparalleled blend of sophistication and prestige.

Horacio Pagani, the visionary founder and CEO of Pagani Automobili, expressed his enthusiasm for the project, describing it as an innovative fusion of bespoke design, premium materials, and the vibrant energy of Miami. “Pagani Residences represent an exciting blend of Pagani’s bespoke design approach with the finest materials and the vibrant allure of Miami’s beauty and dynamic energy,” stated Pagani. “Our aspiration is for residence owners to evoke the same exhilaration and excitement that our auto enthusiasts and owners experience every time they get behind the wheel of their Pagani Hypercar.”

This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both parties. Riviera Horizons secured approval for the project in September, followed by the acquisition of the site for $4.48 million in 2021. The architectural marvel, designed by Miami-based Revuelta Architecture International, will now have Pagani Arte curate the interiors, ensuring a seamless integration of luxury and sophistication.

Featuring standard units ranging from 2,000 to 3,300 square feet, each adorned with exquisite corner views, the Pagani Residence promises a lifestyle of unparalleled grandeur. Additionally, the project offers sprawling penthouses spanning 6,900 square feet, complete with 4,400 square feet of outdoor space, private pools, and hot tubs—an epitome of luxury living.

Amenities within the Pagani Residence are set to redefine extravagant living, with a sky lounge, pool, hot and cold plunge pools, summer kitchens, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with Pilates and yoga studios. As the developer’s broker, Fortune Development Sales will spearhead the project’s sales efforts. While Riviera Horizons is yet to announce a groundbreaking date, the completion of the building is slated for 2027.
