Prosper Group and Versluys Group Miami River Tower to Redefine Brickell Waterfront

Prosper Group, a Miami-based real estate developer, has joined forces with Belgium’s Versluys Group to build a $650 million luxury residential tower on the Miami River in Brickell. The collaboration marks Versluys Group’s official entry into the U.S. market and further strengthens Miami’s position as a global destination for high-end development.

A Landmark Collaboration in Brickell

The 60-story tower will rise across three prime parcels — 99 SW 7th Street, 66 SW 6th Street, and 625 SW 1st Avenue — acquired by Prosper Group earlier this year. Together, the partners plan to create 158 ultra-luxury residences with more than 300 feet of direct river frontage. The project blends contemporary urban sophistication with serene waterfront living. Construction is set to move quickly, with completion anticipated in 2028.
