Property records reveal that Bay Harbor Land 2019 LLC, spearheaded by construction executive Jose Gregorio Breindembach Ziegler from Venezuela, orchestrated the sale of the lavish 8,500-square-foot residence.
Constructed in 2022 by Gamma Construction and designed by the esteemed Choeff Levy Fischman, with interior touches curated by CBDesign, the six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom abode boasts an array of luxury amenities including a gym, wine room, pool, and a private dock.
Bay Harbor Land 2019 LLC originally acquired the 0.3-acre lot for $3.7 million in 2019. Despite its luxury appeal, the property’s listing history fluctuated, hitting the market at $25 million in 2022 and most recently carrying an asking price of $19.9 million.
Bay Harbor Islands, nestled north of Indian Creek Island and west of Miami Beach, is a thriving market witnessing a surge in development projects. Regency Development Group launched sales for its third condo project in the area, La Maré Bay Collection at 10301 East Bay Harbor Drive, while Ari Pearl and Jonathan Leifer introduced sales for their planned Bay Harbor Towers, an eight-story, 44-unit development.
