Related Group Breaks Ground on Andare Residences by Pininfarina on Las Olas Boulevard

The Related Group has officially broken ground on Andare Residences by Pininfarina, a luxury condominium tower set to redefine high-end living on Fort Lauderdale’s iconic Las Olas Boulevard.
Rising 46 stories on a 0.65-acre site at 521 E. Las Olas Blvd., Andare will feature 163 spacious residences ranging from 1,800 to over 4,300 square feet. Most units are priced between $2 million and $5 million, with a crowning 6,000-square-foot penthouse listed at $16 million.
Miami-based Related Group reports that more than half of the units are already under contract, with strong interest from local buyers in Broward County and major metropolitan markets, including Chicago, New York, and London.
Sales for Andare began in 2023. The project showcases the refined aesthetic of renowned Italian design firm Pininfarina, which is handling the building’s signature interiors and style.
“We’ve spent years getting to know this market and contributing to its transformation, but it’s been 20 years since a property of this caliber has risen above Las Olas,” said Nick Pérez, president of Related Group’s condominium division. “With Andare, we’re proud to write downtown’s next chapter, offering an elevated living experience in the city’s heart.”
The residences will feature wrap-around balconies, Italian cabinetry, and high-end appliances from Sub-Zero and Wolf. The building’s over 35,000 square feet of amenities will include a rooftop pool, wellness spa with salt, sauna, and steam rooms, fitness center, pickleball court, outdoor kitchen, private dining and sports lounges, an executive business suite with conference rooms, and a club room with a full bar.
“This tower is more than a residence: it’s an emotional journey shaped by beauty, community, and purpose,” said Samuele Sordi, chief architect officer at Pininfarina of America.
Additionally, the ground floor of Andare will house a future restaurant from Tim Petrillo, CEO of The Restaurant People, who acquired the 6,000-square-foot commercial space earlier this year.
CFE Architects designed the project, which is being built by Beauchamp Construction Co. Completion is slated for 2027. Related Group assembled the development site in 2020 for $11.25 million.
Las Olas Boulevard continues to attract luxury buyers, thanks in part to its flourishing dining scene and walkable urban charm. This makes Andare a premier new address in Fort Lauderdale.
