Released new renderings from Brickell Lux Tower, With Hotel & Residential
March 23, 2019Brickell Lux, a new tower by Habitat Group planned in Brickell, had new renderings released. The building will be located at 143 Southwest Ninth Street. The project will include 108 luxury condos, 60 hotel rooms, and ground floor commercial space.
This is Habitat’s biggest project yet, they purchased the property in September 2018 for $14.5 million. A small apartment building is presently on the property and will be demolished. The conceptual design was prepared by Miami-based architectural design firm Ayenk in association with Kazakhstan’s INK architects.
