The visionaries behind the Ritz Carlton South Beach have created a visionary proposal encompassing a transformative residential tower and an extensive revitalization of the iconic Lincoln Road. This ambitious project is poised to redefine the landscape of luxury living and urban vibrancy in the heart of Miami.

Key elements of the proposal include:

1. Lincoln Road Restoration: A comprehensive effort to restore and enhance the front of the Ritz Carlton. This rejuvenation will encompass thoughtfully designed pedestrian and vehicular access modifications, creating a harmonious blend of safety and accessibility. The proposal aims to elevate the pedestrian experience while preserving full vehicular functionality. A striking new gateway element will grace the street’s end, providing a captivating entrance to the revitalized district. Additionally, the project will widen the beach access walkway, enhancing visibility and providing a welcoming pathway for visitors.
